The theming of this land is truly awesome but doesn't do it for me. There's not a lot here as far as rides for people who don't want a thrill attraction. All in all not really my favorite.
Pros:
ThemingCons:
Has 2 thrill rides and not a whole lot else.Reviewed by mbenard Review Date: 07/18/2021

Probably my least favorite land, but mostly just because the theming doesn't interest me as much as the others. Still would recommend visiting this land though. Especially if you're a western enthusiast, you will LOVE this land! Best parts of Frontierland for me are Splash Mountain and Big Thunder. Food is good, but for me personally I have to be in the mood for TexMex - which I rarely am, especially at a theme park. Great spot to catch the parade though!
Pros:
Great spot to watch parade and contains iconic must do attractions - Splash & Big Thunder must do!Cons:
Not a huge fan of the themingReviewed by Disneyeveryyear Review Date: 07/14/2021

Other than Splash and Big Thunder there’s no reason to hang out in Frontierland.

Frontierland has two iconic WDW rides: Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. However, despite having two of the most popular and well known rides, I don't think it has very much else going for it. Yes, Country Bear Jamboree is cute and sometimes you get to see the characters hanging out outside, but other than the big rides this land is lacking. Once they retheme Splash Mountain for Princess and the Frog they should revamp Diamond Horseshoe into Tiana's place! I wouldn't mind some New Orleans eats at the Magic Kingdom!
Pros:
BTMRR and Splash Mountain, Cute Bears at Country Bear JamboreeCons:
Needs better food options!Reviewed by Lizzie Review Date: 07/18/2021

I really enjoy Frontierland, but I do wish the areas were less crowded, and easier to walk in. I find that this land is the hardest to navigate, being that there are many tight spaces, especially right in front of dining spots, were you might be waiting for a long time. However, I LOVE Spalsh Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain, so those are definitely pros for this land. It has the perfect variety of attractions. Two thrill rides, one show (Country Bear Jamboree), and one relaxing part to do in your free time, or maybe when you are waiting for a reservation (Tom Sawyer Island).
Pros:
The two mountainsCons:
tight and crowded, hard to walk throughReviewed by MichelleWitty Review Date: 07/15/2021

Frontierland is very old country western. Big Thunder Mountain and Pecos Bill are about the only redeeming factors personally. Splash Mountain is fine it's a classic.

Probably my least favorite land in Magic Kingdom, although it does have one of my favorite rides (big thunder) and one of my favorite QS spot (Pecos Bills). Points off for the terrifying Country Bears.
Pros:
Has some great food and classic must do rides.Cons:
Nightmare inducing Country Bears.Reviewed by Emilyn Review Date: 07/14/2021

Some great rides in Frontierland. Big thunder is one of my favorite roller coasters. Parades also start here, which can make this land very crowded before parades.

This is a hard one because two of my favorite MK rides are in Frontierland, but also I'm kind of "meh" on the rest of it. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is a great gateway coaster for kids, and Splash Mountain is a classic (I can't wait for the Princess & the Frog retheme, whenever it comes).
Pros:
Great rides, easy to catch parades/cavalcades, and a handy escape-path if you've got places to be don't want to get caught behind a parade/cavalcadeCons:
The retail locations are . . . fine. Also, Splash Mountain breaks down semi-regularly, so, uh, factor that into your plans.Reviewed by tga1828 Review Date: 11/17/2020

Great place to walk around and people watch. A lot going on. By the water with the Liberty Boat in the background, noises from Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain make you think that there's more going on than there actually is. Great that the parade starts from this area also.
