I wanted to love this land because it has so many great rides, but it was my least favorite in Magic Kingdom. It doesn’t seem to flow very well, Disneyland’s Fantasyland flows much better. Plus it was VERY crowded and congested which was uncomfortable, especially since park capacity was still limited due to COVID. It has great rides, but that’s about all I can say.

Pros:

Rides and shows

Cons:

To crowded, doesn’t flow

My lest favorite of the lands. It's classic, and magical, but I don't love the tent look. I understand the concept behind it, but it's always seemed a little cheap looking to me. I'm not even sorry and know I'm probably alone in the this. I also am bitter because of Mickey's Toontown Fair. Storybook Circus is NOT better and they need to bring back a version of Toontown. Of course, the attractions in this land are absolutely classic and worth the wait. If it's your first time at DW you need to visit this land, but I wouldn't be upset if I had to pass on Fantasyland during a MK day.

Pros:

Classic Disney rides

Cons:

Cheap looking and I miss Toontown

This themed land is a beatiful land but the attractions in the beginning can get a new look but Ariel’s, seven drawfs, and everything in storybook cirucis is amazing.

Pros:

Amazing themed attractions, beautiful landscape

Cons:

Some attractions can get a new look

Although Fantasyland is considered one of the most magical places in the Magic Kingdom, I have never really understood the hype. This land has always been overhyped, and the lines to many of the attractions tend to get incredibly long. Rides like Peter Pan's Flight and It's a Small World that are a part of Disney history are rides that have understandably long waits, but waiting 50 minutes for the Carousel is crazy. A lot of the rides in this land are considered to be "little kid rides", however, I think many of them are still good attractions. I can't go to the Magic Kingdom without seeing Philharmagic, and I can't leave the park without going on It's a Small World, but at the same time rides like the Seven Dwarves Mine Train are often overhyped for what they are, which leads to my more scathing review of the land. On my last trip I waited about 60 minutes for Mine Train, and it is a good ride, and I highly recommend it if you have Photopass and are looking for some cool on-ride photos, but the attraction is just not worth the wait when you can get on Big Thunder Mountain or Splash Mountain in the same amount of time. Pre-covid there were some great meet-and-greets with princesses, but even without characters, the land is still overhyped and a little lack-luster for me. And the crowds are always CRAZY here, even in the rain. For families with young kids though, this is the land you cannot skip, as it has so many family attractions that anyone can go on.

Pros:

- Attractions that have lots of Disney history - Lots of possible character interactions (pre-covid) - A TON of family rides, and just rides in general really - Plenty of snacks, decent quick service restaurants, and Be Our Guest Restaurant

Cons:

- Too many people - Overhyped - Long Lines for short attractions

Fantasyland is my favourite to walk through in the evening. Why? Because there's less kids! It's a nightmare during the day for childless millenials, but if you're expecting me to miss out on riding It's a Small World or Peter Pan just because of some kiddos - you can think again. There are some good snack spots (tots at Friar's Nook and the Cheshire Cat Tails are some of our favourites) but not my first stop when entering MK.

Pros:

TONNES of attractions

Cons:

SO.MANY.KIDS

I love fantasyland, mostly because of its classic rides, and quick-service locations. Whenever I am there, I stop at Pinocchio Village Haus every time, because it has things that everyone in my family loves. Also, the amount of rides in this land never makes me bored. My two favorites in this land are the Mine Train and the Little Mermaid Ride. However, the Peter Pan ride is always crowded, and the ride isn't that long, compared to how long you wait. But, I still love the Peter Pan ride, because it gives you a break from the heat!

Pros:

Great fast-food spots, and has fun rides for everyone

Cons:

gets very crowded in this area, especially around the Peter Pan ride

Some good theming in this land at the Magic Kingdom. However, I don't like how claustrophobic I feel sometimes walking through here. With Peter Pan's Flight and Small World so close to each other there are always heavy crowds walking down that choke point. Those rides are both fun though, and there is some good food at Pinocchio Village Haus while you can watch people on It's a Small World.

Pros:

Good theming. Great rides. Decent food.

Cons:

Choke points.

Fantasyland is a Disney Classic. It has some great rides. The new ones are great, but the classic area by Peter Pan & Small World seems smushed. I think Disneyland's Fantasyland is more my style

Pros:

The Tangled bathrooms are fun. Sir Mickeys is a fun little store. Some of the rides are fun and classic. The ques for Peter Pan & Winnie the Pooh are fantastic! Way better than Disneyland. The new rides/areas are done very well! Great additions.

Cons:

Disneyland's Small World & Teacups blow WDWs versions out of the water. It is missing the classic rides like Mr. Toad, Pinocchio & Snow White. Without them it just seems wrong.
