FINALLY. It’s time to celebrate all things Pixar at Disneyland Resort!
We know, there’s Pixar Pier with things like Incredicoaster, Lamplight Lounge, and Jack Jack’s Cookie Num Nums, of course. But now, from April 26th to August 4th, there’s a festival dedicated to Pixar! Pixar Fest has a lot to offer including specialty food, shows, characters, and merchandise, and we’re here to do a deep dive into one of the entertainment options!
During the next few months, Pixar Fest is taking over both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Let’s head to the latter to check out Club Pixar!
During the day, the Hollywood Backlot area (right across from Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!) there will be special photo opportunities and face painting nearby. But in the evening, things change!
Currently, from 4:30PM to 8:30PM each day this area becomes Club Pixar with many interactive aspects! That includes a DJ dance party and live performances, like this!
When the performers take breaks, that’s when you get to boogie to your own groove! The performers will come out periodically throughout the night, and in between performances, you can dance all around. There are also Pixar-themed versions of popular games like tic tac toe and cornhole, as well as special photo opportunities, themed food and drinks.
Get this — there’s even a “drive-in” theater showing some fan-favorite Pixar shorts. How fun is that?! Times could change, so keep checking the Disneyland app for the latest information.
