Worst ride for motion sickness!

As far as we know, there is no ride. Spent the entire day in the “virtual queue” then got a message at 7:30 pm that they reached capacity. Disney will take all your money, no problem, but feed you a line of crap to keep you at the park all day. Shameful. They should refund everyone who was denied access to the ride. Walt Disney would be ashamed of what this place has become… a giant marketing scam!

Tried all day from beginning to end today to book Gaurdians of the Galaxy. Even tried to pay for lightning line. Even tried virtual line at 1:00PM when it opened back up but because we were in magic kingdom it wouldn’t let us. Then transferring to Epcot on monorail from magic kingdom the monorail broke down so didn’t get to park till 3PM instead of 1:30 and virtual line is now gone. Only reason even went to Epcot was for the New ride. Already been on everything else years ago and won’t be here for years since live all the way over in Washington State. Complete waste. Hoping they will help us when we walk up in a few minutes to Guardians but I doubt it 😢
Pros:
None cause the way Disney does things you can’t get on even when properly prepared unless your a Disney hotel guestCons:

I swear to God, this is the worst ride in Disney EPCOT I've been on. My family and I waited for 7 HOURS to go on this thing, and it was just 2 minutes and 45 seconds of screaming and shouting. Do not Recommend!!
Pros:
Get to know a great movie franchiseCons:
Dizziness, headaches, throat ache (If you scream)Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 05/25/2023

Gardens of the galaxy new ride
Pros:
It’s a great ride you don’t go upside down, the ride has visual effects, you spin in the car to face different directions and is pretty fastCons:
There is a character in the beginning that’s not in the movie and I believe it would be way better if they used a character from the movieReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 03/28/2023

7/10 for the combo virtual queue and the ride. The ride itself was quite fun, and I didn't get motion sick. I almost did on Avatar. I like roller coasters in general and found this similar to RocknRollerCoaster, but on RnRC, the seats don't move.
My beef with the attraction is what I've heard about the virtual queues: you get your callback and then still have to wait in a long line. We waited a little over an hour, and by the time my travel party got through the two pre-shows (why two?) we were cranky. Whenever we thought we were through the queue, surprise, there were more switchbacks. When we finally got to the loading platform, they announced there was a small delay. Thankfully it only last a couple minutes.
Pros:
Fun rideCons:
virtual queue concept. I'd ILL next timeReviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 11/15/2022

The attraction is a bit touch to judge. The ride itself is very fun, and the music is great. There is also a lot of detail in the queue. But, I'm sorry, the Epcot story here (and the story generally) is pretty bad. It kinda feels like 3 stories in one. And, the things they talk about Epcot are the very things they are taking away. So, it's a bit confusing - if you care about such things. Also, for one member of our party, the motion sickness was very, very real. So, rider beware.
Overall, it's very fun, really doesn't make sense in Epcot if you think about it at all, and has a legitimate motion sickness issue for certain people. So, use that to understand my rating.
Pros:
The ride system itself and the music.Cons:
The story, motion sickness and a ton of screens.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 03/22/2024

OK, this is unequivocally my favorite ride at Disney World! I ride it every chance I get. It's a classic Disney dark story coaster, and the way it rotates as it glides down the track at high speeds is absolutely next-level and NEVER gets old. The backwards launch is incredibly unique and thrilling as well! Although this coaster induces mild motion sickness for some of its riders, it has never bothered me. It also plays one of six songs during your journey at random, so it's kind of fun to guess which song you'll get. Just be sure to PLAN AHEAD if you want to ride this as there is currently no standby line offered for this attraction, but that will undoubtedly change as it ages. The only way to ride it is to join the virtual queue or purchase an Individual Lightning Lane (cost fluctuates based on demand). My only complaint about this ride is its very long preshow. Sure, if you've never seen it, it's totally worth it and adds to the immersion, but when you have seen it many times and just can't wait to save the galaxy in your very own Starjumper again, it can be very long and drawn-out! It would be awesome to have the option to bypass some or all of the preshow scenes if you wanted to. I know...First World problems, right?!
Pros:
Thrilling/one-of-a-kind coaster, long ride time (3+ minutes), themingCons:
