Eight Spoon Café was a must-stop for our family during our visit to Animal Kingdom. Though this snack stand looks inconspicuous, it has some real treats that differentiate it from all the other snack stands in the park. Specifically, we loved the Baked Macaroni & Cheese with Pulled Pork. They give you a good portion that can be both devoured by one or shared with your family members. This snack is a great addition to the staple items on the menu, such as a Mickey Pretzel with Cheese or Churros, and we will continue to visit Eight Spoon Cafe during our future visits to Animal Kingdom.
Pros:
- Baked Macaroni & Cheese with Pulled Pork - classic Disney park snacks - Great location right before you enter AsiaCons:
- Do not expect a "gourmet" mac and cheese flavor or the best Memphis-style pulled pork. The mac and cheese still tastes a bit like Kraft cheese, and the pulled pork can be a little runny, but considering it is at a snack stand inside the park, this item is still worth it for us!Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 09/25/2023

I really enjoyed the combination of the Mac and cheese and pulled pork! It was so different but a classic as well. The only reason it did not have a 10/10 is because I would have probably wanted more bbq sauce.
Pros:

The pulled pork mac and cheese was as good as advertised. Be aware, however, that even though it is listed as a snack, it is big and filling enough to count as a meal.
