We wanted a character meal for my niece. We chose Cape May for the different outfits. Everyone loved it. It was good food and fun atmosphere.

Beach Club is not the easiest to get toReviewed by LivFreeOrDisney Review Date: 06/29/2023

We ate at Cape May Café during the week of 4/24/23. The buffet was pretty good but not much better than your usual Disney World buffet. Everything was cooked well and seemed fresh. We had a party of 6, which consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 teenage girls. Each character came by our table twice and did a great job of goofing around with us since we were an older table. The waitstaff was also attentive and did a great job while we were there.
Pros:
Pretty good food and the characters were fun.Cons:
It's a little pricey for what it is, but if you want a sit down breakfast at the Beach Club, that's the only game in town (Unless you walk over to the Yacht Club).Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 11/08/2022

I was so disappointed in this character breakfast since it was getting rave reviews from several you tube Disney influencers. The food was standard banquet breakfast fare. Liquid scramble eggs, typical Disney bacon/sausage links, breakfast cubed potatoes, carved ham, Mickey waffles, chocolate chip pancakes, and a few other items. It just wasn’t tasty. Plus, only one character came over to visit while there. Paying $45+ for the food quality and lack of character interaction was not a good value. If you’re looking for a character breakfast, go to Toppolinos! For the same price, good quality food and terrific character interaction.
Pros:
Server! He was overwhelmed but still checked in frequently.Cons:

First thing..character breakfast has not returned so there were no characters. However, the beach buns and pog juice were spectacular and those 2 things along I would came back for. I enjoyed the variety available on the buffet. Loved the create your own omelet and crepe station. My nephew really enjoyed the fact that there was a buffet available his size that he could grab his own food.
Pros:
Beach buns, Pog juice, just the smell of beach clubCons:

If you want to see the characters for breakfast and you're staying near this hotel, it will get the job done. The food is nothing special and the atmosphere is loud and hectic.

If you have food allergies here, talk to the chef. They are extremely accommodating and courteous. They basically kept the allergy friendly Mickey waffles coming to the table as long as my son and husband were wolfing them down. Lol
And for me (who doesn’t have food allergies) The buffet was seriously delicious.
The character interaction, especially with Goofy, was wonderful. My son was a bit shy but they brought him out of his shell and he truly enjoyed it.
Pros:
Food allergy friendly Amazing buffet Great servers Wonderful character interactionCons:

My favorite place at WDW. I have been to both breakfast & dinner and loved both. The characters at breakfast are so cute in their beach attire. The buffets at both meals offers everything you could want. Love the atmosphere/decor

We had fun meeting the characters, but I think I would have preferred a character lunch or dinner over breakfast. The price for eggs and bacon is a little hard to justify.
