Our server was rude. She charged me $19 more than what I should have been charged for and wouldn’t fix it after she told me she would and took my money anyway. Terrible service I don’t recommend.

Server needs to be fired. She was rude to my entire table. Oh and not to mention she ripped an iPad out of a child’s hand at the table beside usReviewed by kingdomcrewcaptain Review Date: 05/13/2022

Food is expensive for very underwhelming Denny’s quality food. Was in an odd number groupand since you sit in cars, someone sits alone and with the movies playing, unless you’re sitting next to someone you can’t hear anyone else. Also the “film” that plays went through twice in the time we were there.
Pros:
NoneCons:
Dark, not group friendly, not a social environment, not worth the reservation or the cost of the dinner.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 04/07/2020

We had lunch here and the food was below average. We also had a big group and they put us in a very small table, it was way to crowed. Our waitress was very average and didn’t really interact with us. It was a big let down bc of all the good reviews we read
Pros:
Theme and decor was neatCons:
Average food and over crowdedReviewed by mbaker Review Date: 04/17/2019

Terrible Experience
Pros:
The atmosphere is greatCons:
Quality of food sadly did not live up to the menu descriptions. I had the stuffed pork chops with apples and brie with a red wine reductions. The chops were super tough and dry, there was no discernible brie or apples inside, and the sauce had a weird after taste. my friend had the pot pie which was just ok. It was the worst lunch of the trip, we had much better quick service meals in our food court and in the parks. I will never visit this restaurant again.Reviewed by Donald_13 Review Date: 08/05/2016

the overall experience of this restaurant is suppose to bring you back into the 50's with tile floor, black and white television and vintage surroundings.
I was surprised to the food bland, overdone and most of the menu items deep fried.
More of a cheep eats restaurant as a table service. As a professional Chef, I can tell you there is not talent in this kitchen.
Every single dish was made to impress armature cooks and anyone with no taste buds.
I had the seasonal fish. They served me Tilapia over roasted root vegetables
The Tilapia was suppose to be grilled, just pulling it apart, tasting and telling by texture I can tell this restaurant boils it in a bag, decorates it and sends it out.
Dessert was suppose to be pineapple upside down cake. It was a over decorated pound cake with icing decocted like a cupcake.
A pathetic attempt to try and please this chef.
I will not be returning here again.

The food here is subpar to mediocre at best. The menu offerings are weak, and the experience often hinges on whether or not the wait staff gets in character with the restaurant theme. Ours did not, so between that and the not-that-great food, we wouldn't eat here again.
Pros:
Interesting concept.Cons:
Not all waiters/waitresses get in character. Mediocre food.Reviewed by Piper2010 Review Date: 07/23/2022

We were so excited to eat here but really let down. We didn’t end up with a great table and our cast member was not really “into” it so it was just a regular restaurant but with an expensive price tag, sub par menu, and ok food quality.
Pros:
The theming is really cool and it would have been great if we had experienced the immersion!Cons:
Food is just ok Not a great selectionReviewed by MinnieMe55 Review Date: 06/20/2021

My adult son and I looked forward to enjoying our time and meal at the 50’s PrimeTime Cafe. However, we really would not choose to eat here again. The place has great theming, but we were sat in a side room with one TV way up above our heads. The room had a musty odor. Our waitress was okay. But, she had no attitude for the theme of the restaurant like we had been led to believe. Basically, just took our order and someone else brought out our food. No interaction at all. It was not busy when we were there; it was early- 11:30am. We ordered the fried onion rings and fried chicken. The onion rings were better than the chicken. The chicken was bland. I had to put salt and pepper on it for a better flavor. A third person brought our bill. They did refill my sons drink, and I could not get their attention to refill mine. It was warm inside too-much too warm for a hot Florida day.
Pros:
Theme inside the Cafe.Cons:
Servers were not into being “Mom” we even tried putting our elbows on the table to get reminded not to. Food was bland. Bad odor in the side room we ate in. This room had no theme.Reviewed by Anondisney Review Date: 05/15/2021

I've ate here a few times and every single time we've waited 45 past our actual reservation time for a table (while being a group of 2 or 4). I have not had this issue at any other restaurant on property. I have had the chance to try the signature offerings such as the fried chicken and the pot roast and neither dish has made it live up to the rave reviews. Most of the cast members are fun and engaging which is truly a plus, but with such lack luster food after killing large amount of park time, I've never had a great experience here. I'd make my way to Sci-Fi's relaxing atmosphere any time instead.
