Introduction

Production Central is the first section you will experience as you enter Universal Studios, to "Ride The Movies." With Shrek 4-D and Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast this is a great starting place for the children and the adults. Production Central will give you the feel of a Hollywood studio. Another fabulous bonus is the "The Bone Yard" where well-known bands play at various times of the year including Mardi Gras.

Attractions and Entertainment

Jimmy Neutron's Nicktoon Blast - Board your rocket and blast off as Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius takes you on a wild chase through the worlds of your favorite nicktoons including SpongeBob SquarePants and The Rugrats. Stationary Seating is available. Universal Express Attraction.

Shrek 4-D - Join Shrek, Donkey and Princess Fiona in 4-D Ogrevision as they come "face to ghost" with Lord Faquaad who has returned from the afterlife. See what happened between the original Shrek movie and Shrek 2. Universal has just added a second theater to cut down on wait time. Universal Express Attraction.

Places to Eat

Monster's Cafe - Counter Service featuring Soup, Salads, Pizza, Rotisserie Chickens, Pastas and Desserts. Indoor and patio seating available. Monster Cafe is one of the best themed counter service restaurants in the park.

Bone Chillers - Light snacks and Specialty Drinks.

Places to Shop

Universal Studios Store - The largest store in the park with everything Universal from Apparel to Toys. Perfect place to get your souvenirs before you leave the park.

Nickstuff - Located next to Jimmy Neutron -- you will exit through the shop after riding Jimmy Neutron. Almost all merchandise is related to the Nicktoon's Characters.

Shrek's Ye Olde Souvenir Shoppe - Just like the Nickstuff store, you will exit the Shrek 4-D show through this shop with T-shirts, Plushes, Hats, Bobble Heads, Pins and More.

Studio Sweets - Rice Krispy Treats, Fudge, M & M's by the pound and all kinds of candy.

On Location - Film, Memory Cards, Batteries and Park Photos. This is the only store where you can download your digital pictures to a CD on a Kodak Picture Maker for $9. This service is not currently available in CityWalk or Islands of Adventure.

It's A Wrap - This store is located next to the park exit and has quite a bit of discounted merchandise.
