DIRECTIONS: You've driven your own vehicle to Universal Orlando Resort, or maybe you've rented a car. Eventually, you're going to have to park it someplace, right? Here are some guidelines for parking your vehicle: WHERE DO I PARK? Universal Orlando Resort has 2 self-parking garages that are each divided into 3 themed sections. The East garage has 6 floors and the West garage has 5 floors. The East garage contains: Spiderman (closest), Cat In The Hat, E.T. and in the West garage Jurassic Park (closest), King Kong, Jaws. The top parking level of each garage is not enclosed and used during the busiest time of the year. It is highly recommended that you record the section and aisle number which includes the level you park your vehicle in and note the time you arrived. The arrival time will be the first question that security will ask you if can't find your vehicle. After a long day in the parks, each garage, section and floor will start to look the same. After your have parked, you will need to move to Level 3 via the stairs, escalators or elevators which will lead you to the parking hub and attraction transportation area, the main walkway which utilizes moving sidewalks to CityWalk and the Parks. The parking hub houses a wheelchair rental stand, a snack counter and souvenir shop. WHICH GUESTS MAY PARK FREE OF CHARGE? Annual Preferred Passholders may park in the garages free of charge. All Guests may park in the garages at no charge after 6:00 pm. No overnight parking is permitted in the garages. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SELF-PARK AT THE UNIVERSAL ORLANDO RESORT IN THE THEME PARK GARAGES?
Trailer and RVs $12 Vehicles can leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry by presenting your parking ticket. WHAT ABOUT PREFERRED PARKING? For an additional $4.00, you will be asked to turn on your emergency flashers and will be directed to what Universal considers the closest available locations to the parking hub. Preferred Parking located on Level 3, leads directly to the moving walkways to CityWalk, the gateway to the Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida. Since preferred parking encompasses all of Level 3 and the first sections are reserved exclusively for Disabled Parking, you may end up being further away from the hub than if you were parked a floor of two above or below Level 3. WHAT ABOUT VALET PARKING FOR THE THEME PARKS? Valet parking is available for cars and vans at a charge of $18.00 per day or $9.00 for up to two hours. Upon arrival to Universal Orlando Resort, follow the signs to Valet Parking. WHERE SHOULD GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES PARK? Guests should follow the signs after passing through the parking garage toll plaza. Designated parking is located in the closest sections to the parking hub of each parking garage on Level 3. Spiderman in the East garage and Jurassic Park in West garage. WHAT ABOUT PARKING FOR GUESTS STAYING AT THE ROYAL PACIFIC RESORT , THE HARD ROCK HOTEL OR THE PORTOFINO BAY HOTEL? Guests of the Royal Pacific Resort, Hard Rock Hotel and The Portofino Bay Hotel will be charged $12 per night for self parking and $18 per night for valet. Short term valet is $8 for up to 2 hours, $10 for over 2 hours but less than 4 hours and $12 for over 4 hours and up to 6 hours.
