Animal Kingdom has added a wide variety of live performers who
entertain periodically throughout the day at various locations.
For example,
there's the outstanding Kenyan acrobatic troupe Karuka, pictured
at right, who perform daily in Africa near the Dawa Bar. The Seryanan
Acrobats perform in Asia.
Other entertainers
include the percussion groups Beatniks and Mor Thiam.
Several times
a day, a Discovery River Boat floats by filled with music and Disney
characters!
Smear,
Splat & Dip can be found entertaining folks in DinoLand USA.
You
won't want to miss performance artist DiVine,
the living walking greenery, or Wes Palm, the roving talking palm
tree (photo below) who performs in the Oasis, and his counterpart Pipa,
the talking recycling can that appears in Conservation Station.
Check
your Times Guide for schedules, or visit Steve
Soares' WDW Entertainment Website.
