Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

1 pound Cassava, grated
3/4 cup Sweetened, Shredded Coconut
1 3/4 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
2 Tablespoons Coconut Milk

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand. Pour into a cake pan, sprayed and lined with paper. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled and set, cut into squares.
