Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients:
1 pound Tri-Color Pasta (4 cups after cooked) ¾ cup Red Onion, diced fine
1 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced fine
1 cup Green Bell Pepper, diced fine
1 cup Celery, diced
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ teaspoon Granulated Garlic
1 ¾ tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Ground Turmeric, toasted
1 tablespoon Curry Powder, toasted
To taste Salt and Pepper

Method of preparation:
1. Cook tri-color pasta and allow to cool.

2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooled pasta and all the other ingredients. Check the seasoning and adjust if needed.
