PROS 1) CLOSE proximity to Magic Kingdom, Chef Mickeys, California Grill! 2) Being on the Monorail with easy access to Polynesian, Grand Floridian and Epcot 3) The incredible water view room I had in the North Garden wing (I *really* was lucky!) 4) Boat to Wilderness Lodge and Ft Wilderness 5) Fabulous Check in CMs who helped me a great deal 6) One of the best valet service teams I have found at Disney CONS 1) Didn't feel "Disney" to me....theming, while present, did not surround me as it does at other resorts. 2) A long way (or so it seemed) from Downtown Disney and we always stopped at TTC on the way back. 3) Most garden wings rooms had iffy views at best 4) Hallways in the garden wings seemed dark and dingy 4) Laundry facility under rehab in my garden section (had to go clear across the complex) 5) Food Court - seemed much messier than other resorts, although refillable mugs at a Deluxe resort was a nice touch! 6) Front Desk line was always long -- no matter what time of day! 7) Hardly any pin trading Cast Members 8) What seemed like constant bird doo-doo outside the room making the patio unsuitable.
